DPW ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY CHANGES TO STREET SWEEPING SCHEDULE

(8/15/2008) NEW HAVEN- The New Haven Department of Public Works has announced changes to the street sweeping schedule for the week of August 18-22, 2008:

No posting, towing or sweeping on the following routes (see website map areas at www.cityofnewhaven.com):

Monday, August 18: Annex, map area 14

Tuesday, August 19: Newhallville, map area 3

Wednesday, August 20: Newhallville, map area 3

Thursday, August 21: Fair Haven (Wooster), map area 8

Friday, August 22: Fair Haven (Clinton), map area 5

Morris Cove, map area 15

All other scheduled sweeping routes for the week of August 18-22, 2008 will be paper posted (no parking) one day prior to sweeping.

The city website, www.cityofnewhaven.com/PublicWorks/What’sNew, will be updated on Friday, August 22, 2008 to indicate any changes in the sweeping schedule for the week of August 25-29, 2008.
